daffy duck
The other day Eric brought home Daffy duck and wanted him cooked. Not really a duck fan, no white meat. But after bringing Daffy to the table we just may be having him again. Was really good.

Ingredients
- 1 - duck cut down the back and flattened out.
- 3 tablespoons grill mates chicken and rub rub
- 2 tablespoons grill mates smokey mesquite seasoning
- 2 tablespoons grill mates montreal chicken
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
How To Make daffy duck

Step 1Cut along side the back bone and wash bird. flatten out on baking pan, add a little water to the pan si it doesn't smoke with the grease. mix the spices and rub all over the skin of the duck, getting under the arms and a round the legs. then put in a preheated 375 oven until skin is crispy. 45-1 hour and 15 minutes. I have never had it not cooked but if the skin isn't crispy I can't eat it. It will be dark and brown cristy and smell so good.

Step 2We served it with garlic chive buttered pierogi's and brussel sprouts.
