    liquid pepper sauce
  • 1/2 c
    finely chopped, seeded cucumber
  • 1/4 c
    low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1/4 c
    finely chopped red onion
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground cumin
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    garlic powder

How to Make cucumber raita burgers

Step-by-Step

  1. brush tops of burgers with pepper sauce.grill to perfection,2 to 3 minutes per side.combine remaining ingredients.spoon on top of burgers before serving.garnish with additional thin cucumber slices and chopped red onion.
