1 lbtofu, firm
1 Tbspsesame seeds, roasted
1/4 tspginger powder
1 Tbspcanola oil
1/4 csoy sauce, low sodium
How to Make Crispy Sesame Ginger Tofu
- cut tofu in half, place between paper towels and put weight on top ( cast iron skillet works great) if you don't have one you can use a couple cans from pantry.
- let sit for at least 20 mins, tofu needs to be completely rid of excess water in order for it to be crispy.
- cut into cubes, and fry on each side until golden brown.
- add in the rest of the ingredients and toss well..Enjoy alone or over practically anything..soo crispy and delicious
