Crab Sweet Potato Stuffed Orange Peppers

4 oz ozlump crab meat

1 largesweet potato
-
2orange peppers
-
6 pinchold bay seasoning
-
2 tspbutter
-
1 sprig(s)italian flat leaf parsley
How to Make Crab Sweet Potato Stuffed Orange Peppers
- Mix sweet potato ( cooled or left over, as I used) and 4 oz lumped crab meat or already made Wegmans Crab Cake into bowl. Mix Old bay, fined minced parsley into ingriedents.
- Clean and cut off tops of orange peppers...
- Fill peppers with mix and top with a pad of butter..
Prepare baking dish with peppers standing by cutting off bottom of pepper ( slightly) to stand and then wrapping each in tin foil and cover with foil.
Bake in 350 degree preheaded oven for 45 minutes.
SERVE!
