Ingredients

  • 20 oz
    country style hashbrowns
  • 1/2 c
    butter, melted
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 2 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded

How to Make Cornflake Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine all ingredients listed. Put in 9X13 pan
  2. Mix 1/4 cup melted butter with about 2 cups of crushed cornflakes (more or less depending on how crispy you want it), sprinkle on top
  3. Bake at 350F for 40-45 minutes
