Step 1Place 1 burrito shell on plate the size of shell large dinner plate that's microwave safe

Step 2Add corned beef potato hash in layer

Step 3Add layer of cheddar cheese

Step 4Add 1 Egg,splash of milk enough to scramble whisk or stir with a fork until combined

Step 5Pour Egg mixture over the corned beef potato hash and cheddar cheese

Step 6Cover with second burrito shell
