Ingredients
- 1 medium gr.pepper
- 1 medium red pepper
- 1 medium yellow pepper
- 1 medium zucchini
- 1 jar mushrooms
- 1 medium red onion
- 1 pound bacon
- 1 bunch chives
- 2 packages swiss cheese
- 1 package (2) pie crust
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup half&half
- 2 dashes salt
- 2 dashes pepper
How To Make connie's quiche

Step 1Lay both pie shells out to become room temperature

Step 2Mix 4 eggs,1 cup heavy whipping cream,and 1 cup half&half,sit aside

Step 3Chop all veggies,in small pieces,sit aside

Step 4Putting together.......get two deep dish pie plates,and put your dough into them,use a fork,punch some holes in bottom of pie shells.(you can cook pie shells before filling,but for me,it gets to brown,so i don't bake before cooking everything).Make your pie shells pretty on the edges,add chopped veggies,the liquid mixture(just over veggies),add swiss cheese.Bake at 350 degrees until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
