1Lay both pie shells out to become room temperature
2Mix 4 eggs,1 cup heavy whipping cream,and 1 cup half&half,sit aside
3Chop all veggies,in small pieces,sit aside
4Putting together.......get two deep dish pie plates,and put your dough into them,use a fork,punch some holes in bottom of pie shells.(you can cook pie shells before filling,but for me,it gets to brown,so i don't bake before cooking everything).Make your pie shells pretty on the edges,add chopped veggies,the liquid mixture(just over veggies),add swiss cheese.Bake at 350 degrees until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
