- 2 cups cubed cooked chicken breast
- 1/4 cup each diced celery, golden raisins, dried cranberries and sliced almonds
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chopped red onion
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 - croissants (split)

Step 1Cook chicken breast accordingly.

Step 2In a large bowl, combine the first nine ingredients, Spoon about 1/2 cup into each croissant.
