This is an amazingly good recipe.

It is quite easy to make and very tasty.

Ingredients

1 c
coconut milk
1 1/2 c
water
1 tsp
salt
3/4 tsp
sugar
1 c
long grain rice
1 Tbsp
finely chopped cilantro

How to Make Coconut Rice

Step-by-Step

  • 1Put the first four ingredients in a pan a bring it to a boil.
  • 2Now add rice, bring it back to a boil, and reduce heat to low. Let steam covered for 20 min.
  • 3After 20 min turn off heat and let it sit for 10 min. Don't remove the lid!
  • 4Now fluff rice, mix in cilantro, and serve.
