Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup long grain rice
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro
How To Make coconut rice

Step 1Put the first four ingredients in a pan a bring it to a boil.

Step 2Now add rice, bring it back to a boil, and reduce heat to low. Let steam covered for 20 min.

Step 3After 20 min turn off heat and let it sit for 10 min. Don't remove the lid!

Step 4Now fluff rice, mix in cilantro, and serve.
