2 Tbspvegatable oil

1 mediumonion,chopped

2celery ribs,diced

1carrot,diced

3 clovegarlic,minced

2 can(s)15oz.great northern beans,rinsed and drained

1 1/2 cwater

1 cfrozen corn

1 can(s)(6oz.) tomato paste

1 can(s)(4oz.) diced mild green chilies,undrained

How to Make Chunky Vegatable Chili
- Heat oil in large skillet over-medium high heat until hot.Add onion,celery,carrot and garlic;cook 5 minutes or until vegatables are tender, stirring occasionally.
- Stir beans, 1 1/2 cups water, corn,tomato paste,chiles,chile powder,oregano and salt into skillet. Reduce heat to medium-low . Simmer 20 minutes,stirring occasionally.Garnish with cilantro,If desired.
