- 4 pounds organic ground turkey
- 2 tablespoons mild chili powder
- 2 - (6 ounce) cans tomatoe paste
- 1 - (32 ounce) can low sodium beef broth
- 2 - (8 ounce) cans tomatoe sauce
- 1 jar chili sauce
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground oregano
- 2 tablespoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika, sweet mild
- 1 can green chiles
- 1 - (15ounce) can kidney beans
- 1 medium diced green bell pepper/ and onion
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1 - jalapeno pepper, seeded and choped
- 1 bottle dark beer
- 2 cans black beans rinsed off
- GARNISH: SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE, CHOPPED GREEN ONION, SOUR CREAM AND CRACKERS OR HOT CORN BREAD MUFFINS

Step 1put 4 cups of water in a large stock pot and add Ground turkey.cook for about 5 minutes and add all other ingredients and simmer for 45 to 50 minutes.
