All the greens we juice, vitamins and fiber still in the residuum, that's why I like to use those residuum to make patty and taste so good and every one likes it too.
And it is light food too.
You can make a delicious patty sandwich with lettuce and tomato and some mayonnaise.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium
    carrots
  • 2 medium
    cucumbers
  • 2 medium
    squash, fresh
  • 1 small
    celery leaves (5-6)
  • 4 medium
    eggs (might needed more)(as needed)
  • 1 dash(es)
    black pepper
  • 1 dash(es)
    garlic and herb seasoning
  • 1 dash(es)
    ginger powder
  • 1 dash(es)
    cayenne pepper
  • 1 c
    olive oil (or any cooking oil you preferred to fried)
  • 1 c
    walnut pieces
  • 1/2 c
    barberry (as desire - this berry used in different persian's foods)

How to Make Vege juice and Patty

Step-by-Step

  1. First peel and clean all Carrot, Cucumber, Celery and Squash, then with a fruit and veggies juicer, juice all these delicious veggies and drink it fresh and re-freshness juice
  2. Then empty all the residuum from the juicer to a big bowl and add all the ingredients and spices (except olive oil) to the residuum and mix them all.
    The mix should be soft, and if you need to add more egg to your batter, do.
  3. Hit the pan with small amount of Olive oil and when the oil is hot, use a big spoon to fill up the spoon from batter and carefully pure it in the hot oil to cook, when one side is cooked turn it and cook the other side. In a medium pan you can have 5 spoons of these mix, cook same time.
    Add olive oil as need it.
    Do this for whole batter until finish.
  4. This a picture of Barberry. Looks like Cranberries but taste different, Barberry is sour.
