Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon each ground coriander, cumin and paprika
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
- YOGURT SAUCE
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/2 cup yogurt plain full fat
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic minced
- salt and pepper
- romaine lettuce leaves for serving.
How To Make cauliflower shawarma

Step 1Preheat oven 400 degrees. Break the cauliflower into florets. Place the cauliflower in a bowl and add the oil, coriander, cumin, paprika and salt and pepper

Step 2Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay the cauliflower in a single layer onto the paper. Roast for 30 minutes stiring to roast evenly.

Step 3Meanwhile make the sauce by mixing all the ingredients together.

Step 4When the cauliflower is done squeeze the 1/2 lemon over top and sprinkle with cilantro. Spoon into the lettuce leaves and top with sauce.
