1 pkg(9.5 oz.) morningstar farms® garden veggie patties® veggie burgers

3 csliced zucchini

1/2 cchopped onion

1 Tbspolive oil
-
1/4 tspsalt
-
1/2 tspgarlic powder

1 tspchili powder
-
1 can(s)(4 1/2 oz.) chopped green chilies
-
2 ccooked rice
-
1/2 creduced fat sour cream
-
1 cshredded monterey jack cheese, divided
-
1 largetomato, thinly sliced
-
1/2 cgrated parmesan cheese
How to Make California Zucchini Bake- Low Fat
- In large frying pan, saute MORNINGSTAR FARMS GARDEN VEGGIE PATTIES, zucchini, and onions in oil. Remove from heat. Stir in salt, garlic powder, chili powder, chilies, rice, sour cream, and 1/2 cup of the Monterey Jack cheese. Place in shallow 2 1/2-quart casserole dish coated with vegetable cooking spray. Top with tomato slices and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Do not cover.
- Bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes or until hot. Serve immediately.
