- 2 tablespoons frank's hot sauce
- 1/4 cup part skim mozzarella cheese
- 4 ounces grilled chicken breast, chopped finely or shredded
- 1 stick celery ribs, sliced
- 2 tablespoons blue cheese dressing (yogurt variety preferred)

Step 1Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

Step 2Place the pita on a baking sheet and spread half of the hot sauce over the pita. Scatter the chicken evenly over the pita and top with the cheese, remaining hot sauce, and blue cheese yogurt dressing

Step 3Place the baking sheet in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the pita is golden brown on the bottom. Remove from oven and let rest for 1 minute, then scatter the celery pieces. Cut and enjoy
