My husband really liks this. Its really good. We love burgers on the grill.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro or parsley
  • 1 - green onion chopped
  • 1 small small red hot pepper minced
  • 2 pounds lean ground beef or buffalo

How To Make buffalo burgers

  • Step 1
    Combine butter,chopped cilantro, parsley,onion and red pepper .On wax paper or plastic wrap, shape into a cylinder,1-inch diameter 8 -inch round. Wrap and freeze.
  • Step 2
    Shape meat into 6 inch large balls .Cut six 3/4- inch lengths of the frozen butter.Freeze remaining butter for another day.Make a depression into the center of the meat.place frozen butter into ench meatball and seal inside meat
  • Step 3
    Shape into patties, about 1 inch think,being carful not to expose the butter.Grill, 4-inchs from heat. cook about 7 minutes. on each side. Serve on bun with fried green and red bell peppers and onions
