  • 500 grams brown lentils(soak over night in cold water)
  • 8-12 medium hanz kabana frankfurt
  • 8-12 medium eggs(cook in ring for eggs)
  • 1-2 clove garlic(peel it and crush it)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 100 grams butter
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour

How To Make brown lentils with kabana frankfurst

  • Step 1
    THE LENTILS WASH AND SOAK OVER NIGHT IN COLD WATER.NEXT DAY COOK IN WATER UNTIL SOFT AND ALL WATER EVAPORATED.PUT IN BUTTER,GARLIC,SALT AND PEPPER,STIR AND TASTE,IF ANYTHING NEED TO BE ADDED.

    IF YOU WANT THE LENTILS LITTLE BIT THICKER POUR IN CORN FLOUR MIXED WITH 1/2 CUP OF WATER AND COOK UNTIL THICKER.THE FRANKFURST CUT DIAGONALLY ONE WAY AND THEN OPPOSITE MAKE THE DESIGN.ON MEDIUM HEAT LITTLE BIT OIL,ADD THE FRANKFURST AND FRY THEM UNTIL BROWN
  • Step 3
    THE EGG FRY IN EGGS RING ON LITTLE BIT OF OIL AS WELL AND SERVE ON TOP OFF LENTILS ON A PLATE. GARNISH WITH FRESH SHALLOT.
