Ingredients
- 2 slices sourdough bread, we like 5 grain
- 24 - squirts parkay spray margarine in a bottle, 12 per slice of bread
- 6 medium fresh sweet basil leaves optional
- 3 ounces brie, sliced into 4 or 5 slices
- 4 slices fresh tomato
- 2 slices pepper bacon, regular will do in a pinch
- 6 slices pickled pepper rings
- 1 tablespoon potato chips, crushed
- 2 teaspoons creamy caesar dressing

Step 1Fry bacon crispy, drain on paper towels.

Step 2Squirt sourdough bread on with parkay on one side.You could use butter for this if you prefer.

Step 3On one unbuttered side arrange sweet basil leaves over bread.

Step 4Slice the Brie, and arrange over the basil.

Step 5Slice tomato and arrange over Brie.

Step 6Break bacon in half and arrange over tomato.

Step 7Put pepper rings, then chips on next.

Step 8Drizzle desired amount of dressing over all.

Step 9Pre heat grill to med low and grill sammie.

Step 10If you have a metal bowl they are great for covering sandwiches.
