I love Buffalo Chicken Wing dip. This pizza encorporates all the flavors!! I've made this numerously and everywhere I take it for potlock, their isn't a crumb left!!

  • ·
    using your favorite pizza dough recipe in a breadmaker or kitchen aid what have you.... add
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried parsley flakes
  • 1/4 tsp
    celery salt

  • 1 c
    chunky blue cheese dressing (i used ken's)
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise dressing
  • 8 oz
    1 brik - white mild cheddar cheese grated
  • 8 oz
    1 bag, shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 6 oz
    not quite a bag, of bagged yellow shredded cheese
  • 1 large
    boneless, skinless chicken breast, boiled, poached or braised till cooked thru and then diced
  • 1/2 c
    hot sauce, i used frank's
  • 1 medium
    green pepper diced

How to Make Blue/Chicken Pizza


  1. Prepare pizza dough using your favorite recipe and adding the seasonings. Once mixed thur and risen thru the first stage. Lay onto a pan of your choice. I used a cookie sheet since dh loves the inside and kids and I love the outside, lol! Let rise for 20-30 minutes.

    Meanwhile; dice the chicken breast and add to the hot sauce and set aside. Have all your ingredients as listed at the ready to be able to assemble fast and easy. The only time consuming step is the chicken really...
  2. Once the pizza dough is ready, bake at 425F for aproximately 10-12. Remove from oven and let cool 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the following to the pie; The mayonnaise
  4. The blue cheese dressing
  5. The mild brick cheese
  6. The buffalo chicken
  7. The green peppers
  8. Then finally the rest of the shredded bagged cheeses.
  9. Bake at 425F for 15-20 minutes or till cheeses have melted thru and you can't wait to dig in!! We like our pizza on the crustier side so we bake for about 22 mintues!!
