Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed
- 1 can (10 oz.) diced tomatoes & green chilies, undrained
- 1 cup frozen sweet corn
- 1/4 cup original barbecue sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
How To Make black bean pasta bowl

Step 1Cook macaroni as directed on package. Meanwhile, combine all remaining ingredients except cheese in a large saucepan. Drain.

Step 2Cook on medium heat for 8 to 9 minutes, or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

Step 3Stir cooked macaroni into bean mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.

Step 4NOTE: If you really like cheese, you can add more; can also use sharp instead of mild.
