Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup hemp seeds
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup carrots
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 1 cup tomato
  • 1/2 cup red pepper
  • 1/2 cup green onions
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 large cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon himalayan salt

How To Make best burger

  • Step 1
    soak the seeds and nuts in alkaline filtered water overnight and drain.
  • Step 2
    put all of the ingredients in a food processor or Vita-Mix and blend,Make into burger patties and put in the dehydrator for 4 hours at 105 drgrees.
  • Step 3
    Serve with lettuce,tomato and onion.
