- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup hemp seeds
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup carrots
- 1/2 cup celery
- 1 cup tomato
- 1/2 cup red pepper
- 1/2 cup green onions
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 large cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon himalayan salt

Step 1soak the seeds and nuts in alkaline filtered water overnight and drain.

Step 2put all of the ingredients in a food processor or Vita-Mix and blend,Make into burger patties and put in the dehydrator for 4 hours at 105 drgrees.
