Ingredients

  • 1 - 16 ounce turkey kielbasa sausage, cut into coins
  • 1 tablespoon salted butter
  • 1 - 14.5 ounce can diced fire roasted tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 - 15.5 ounce cans cannellini beans (undrained)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 cups loosely packed fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

How To Make beans & greens hot pot

  • Step 1
    Melt butter in a skillet. Add the sausage and brown on high heat.
  • Step 2
    Add the roasted tomatoes, sugar, beans, basil, and salt and pepper.
  • Step 3
    Let simmer over low heat for 20 minutes to allow the flavors to marry.
  • Step 4
    Add the fresh spinach and remove from heat.
  • Step 5
    Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
