Ingredients

16 ounce turkey kielbasa sausage, cut into coins
1 Tbsp
salted butter

14.5 ounce can diced fire roasted tomatoes
1 Tbsp
sugar

15.5 ounce cans cannellini beans (undrained)
1/2 tsp
dried basil
1 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
pepper
4 c
loosely packed fresh spinach
1/2 c
freshly grated parmesan cheese

How to Make Beans & Greens Hot Pot

Step-by-Step

  • 1Melt butter in a skillet. Add the sausage and brown on high heat.
  • 2Add the roasted tomatoes, sugar, beans, basil, and salt and pepper.
  • 3Let simmer over low heat for 20 minutes to allow the flavors to marry.
  • 4Add the fresh spinach and remove from heat.
  • 5Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
