Ingredients
- 1 - 16 ounce turkey kielbasa sausage, cut into coins
- 1 tablespoon salted butter
- 1 - 14.5 ounce can diced fire roasted tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 - 15.5 ounce cans cannellini beans (undrained)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 4 cups loosely packed fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
How To Make beans & greens hot pot

Step 1Melt butter in a skillet. Add the sausage and brown on high heat.

Step 2Add the roasted tomatoes, sugar, beans, basil, and salt and pepper.

Step 3Let simmer over low heat for 20 minutes to allow the flavors to marry.

Step 4Add the fresh spinach and remove from heat.

Step 5Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
