bbq jalapeno stuffed sausage
(1 RATING)
A Very easy and quick meal! Is great with a salad or mashed potatoes and veggies!! The Sausages you can just get (what i call) the "U" shaped links at your local grocery store i normally get two, also i keep a supply of the huge jar of jalapenos but if you dont then two small jars (normally the 8 oz) will work

- 2 bottles barbecue sauce
How To Make bbq jalapeno stuffed sausage
-
Step 1Preheat oven to 350 (many ovens vary i always preheat mine about ten minutes before i start putting my meal together) Take your sausages and split them down the middle just even enough to stuff the jalapenos in them. Then place the sausages in a pan to get ready to start stuffing them!
-
Step 2Take your jalapenos And stuff them in both of the sausages (fill to your liking, my family likes it spicy so i put alot in mine!) You can pour a little of the jalapeno juice ontop to season the sausage a little bit if you would like!
-
Step 3After you have stuffed the jalapenos Pour the barbecue sauce over the sausages enough to fill your pan, sometimes adding a little water in with the sauce will not only make it cook great but gives you a little dipping sauce once its done! Put in the oven and cook until the sausage is done! (I know not every oven is the same it normally takes about 30-45 minutes in mine!) Take out serve and enjoy!!!
