Ingredients
- 1 to 2 cups basamati rice
- 15 oz cans cuban black beans (tjs) undrained
- 15 oz cans corn drained
- 8 oz cans diced green chiles undrained
- 3 to 4 - andouille sausages (chicken)
- - cajun seasoning and tabasco to taste
- - shredded pepper jack cheese
- - chopped fresh cilantro
How To Make bayou biryani

Step 1Cook rice in rice cooker or according to directions.

Step 2Mix black beans, drained corn and green chilies together in small dish, microwave about 2 minutes unil hot. Slice sausage, cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Step 3Put bean misture on top of rice, top with sausage, cheese and cilantro. Add cajun seasoning and hot sauce to taste.
