Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • - salt
  • 1/4 pound butter
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon juice from 1/2 lemon
  • - ground black pepper

How To Make barbecue shrimp

  • Step 1
    Sprinkle shrimp with salt. Heat butter over medium heat until just melted. Add shrimp, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, 1/2 T. black pepper and 1 T. water. Simmer, stirring pan constantly until shrimp are cooked, about 4 minutes. Serve right away . Makes about 4 servings.
