Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds venison chops
- 1 tablespoon celery seed
- 3/4 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt ( i omit )
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
How To Make baked venison chops

Step 1Combine celery seed,chili powder,brown sugar,salt. Rub MOST (NOT ALL) of mixture on meat; let stand overnight in refrigerator.

Step 2Add tomato sauce & vinegar to remaining seasoning mixture....Bake in a preheated 225 degree oven for 2 or 21/2 hours Baste while cooking
