Ingredients
- 2 - onions, diced
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup dry red wine
- 1/2 cup parsely, chopped
- 1 - bay leaf, crumbled
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 can water
- 6 slices liver
- 1/2 cup flour
How To Make baked liver

Step 1Set oven at 350 degress. Greese a baking dish. Put onions in pan, dot with maragrine. Add wine, parsley, bay leaf, and thyme, salt and pepper, and water. Cover pan with foil. Bake 30 minutes. Coat liver with flour. Arrange on onion mixture. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10 minutes.
