this is a good recipe for dove meat i cant clean a dove but i can cook the meat!

10 - dove
1 stick butter
2 - garlic cloves
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sherry

How To Make baked dove in sauce

Step 1

Flour dove and brown them in butter and garlic. put dove in deep baking dish. Add onehalf cup water and onehalf cup sherry. Bake in 350degree oven for one hour. serve over white rice
