Ingredients
- 2 medium acorn squash
- 2/3 cup cracker crumbs (i use a vegan version)
- 1/2 cup coarsly chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup vegan margarine
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar ( i used succanat)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
How To Make baked acorn squash (in slow cooker)

Step 1Cut squash in half. Remove seeds.

Step 2Combine remaining ingredients. Spoon into squash halves. Place squash in slow cooker.

Step 3Cover. Cook on low 5-6 hours, or until squash is tender.
