3slices bacon

3 Tbspmayo

1 tspprepared mustard

1 Tbspfinely minced onion

1 Tbspfinely minced celery

How to Make Bacon and Egg Salad
- Bake bacon in a preheated 350 degree oven until done.
- Boil eggs in a medium saucepan covered with water until done.
- Mash eggs and crumble bacon in a large mixing bowl. Add mayo, mustard, onion, celery, salt, and pepper. Refrigerate until cooled about an hour. Serve as sandwiches, in wraps, or on lettuce leaves. Refrigerate any left over.
