Egg Salad kicked up a notch. Bacon makes this egg salad a step up regular egg salad. Great for sandwiches, wraps, or just lettuce leaves for a nice light lunch.

Ingredients

  • 4 - eggs
  • 3 - slices bacon
  • 3 tablespoons mayo
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1 tablespoon finely minced onion
  • 1 tablespoon finely minced celery
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make bacon and egg salad

  • Step 1
    Bake bacon in a preheated 350 degree oven until done.
  • Step 2
    Boil eggs in a medium saucepan covered with water until done.
  • Step 3
    Mash eggs and crumble bacon in a large mixing bowl. Add mayo, mustard, onion, celery, salt, and pepper. Refrigerate until cooled about an hour. Serve as sandwiches, in wraps, or on lettuce leaves. Refrigerate any left over.
