- 4 - eggs
- 3 - slices bacon
- 3 tablespoons mayo
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 tablespoon finely minced onion
- 1 tablespoon finely minced celery
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make bacon and egg salad

Step 1Bake bacon in a preheated 350 degree oven until done.

Step 2Boil eggs in a medium saucepan covered with water until done.

Step 3Mash eggs and crumble bacon in a large mixing bowl. Add mayo, mustard, onion, celery, salt, and pepper. Refrigerate until cooled about an hour. Serve as sandwiches, in wraps, or on lettuce leaves. Refrigerate any left over.
