Ingredients
- 1 - small head of green cabbage
- 1 - can chicken broth
- 1 pound thick sliced bacon
- 1 medium onion, sliced
How To Make bacon and cabbage bake

Step 1Sliced cabbage and put in 13x9 baking dish.

Step 2Cut bacon into bite size pieces and cook in a frying pan until bacon is limp and bacon fat is rendered. DO NOT Crisp the bacon. Cook onion with bacon, until onion is soft.

Step 3Pour all bacon, onions and bacon fat over the cabbage. Add one can of Chicken Broth over cabbage. Cover with Aluminum foil and cook for 60 minutes. When done let sit for 15 minutes before serving.
