How to Make Anytime eggs and rice
- 1Place warm cooked rice on plate, and spread it a bit.
- 2Fry eggs, soft yolks.
- 3Dice or slice tomatoes while eggs cook. (as many as you like)
- 4Splash vinegar over rice evenly.
Arrange eggs over rice, evenly. Add tomatoes, drizzling any juices over top.
- 6Serve immediately.
