anytime eggs and rice
Delicious anytime, as the name says. It's great for a brunch, served w crusty, buttered bread. I've served it for every meal. It's fast, it's easy, and best of all, it's cheap! Saying it's delicious is really not even needed.????

Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked rice, warm
- 3 large eggs
- 3-5 dashes white vinegar
- 1 dash salt (optional)
- Fresh,ripe - tomatoes (juicier)
How To Make anytime eggs and rice

Step 1Place warm cooked rice on plate, and spread it a bit.

Step 2Fry eggs, soft yolks.

Step 3Dice or slice tomatoes while eggs cook. (as many as you like)

Step 4Splash vinegar over rice evenly.

Step 5Assembly Arrange eggs over rice, evenly. Add tomatoes, drizzling any juices over top.

Step 6Serve immediately.
