- 1 1/2-2 pounds stewing beef
- 2 cups celery rib--cut in lrg pieces
- 6 - carrots--cut diagonally in qtrs or lg bag of baby carrots
- 3 large onions--qtr'd
- 3 tablespoons tapicoa--not pudding
- 1 can v-8 juice--lg size
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 4-6 large potatoes--qtr'd

Step 1USE LG ROASTER OR LG DUTCH OVEN BAKE 250 DEGREES 5-6 HRS

Step 2THROW EVERYTHING INTO THE PAN & BAKE FOR 5-6 HRS KEEP LID ON POT NO PEEKING NO STIRRING
