I HAVE MADE THIS RECIPE SEVERAL TIMES & MY FAMILY LOVES IT. THROW EVERYTHING TOGETHER & FORGET IT. NO PEEKING, NO STIRRING.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2-2 pounds stewing beef
  • 2 cups celery rib--cut in lrg pieces
  • 6 - carrots--cut diagonally in qtrs or lg bag of baby carrots
  • 3 large onions--qtr'd
  • 3 tablespoons tapicoa--not pudding
  • 1 can v-8 juice--lg size
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 4-6 large potatoes--qtr'd

How To Make 5 hour stew

  • Step 1
    USE LG ROASTER OR LG DUTCH OVEN BAKE 250 DEGREES 5-6 HRS
  • Step 2
    THROW EVERYTHING INTO THE PAN & BAKE FOR 5-6 HRS KEEP LID ON POT NO PEEKING NO STIRRING
  • Step 3
    THIS IS A MEAL IN ITSELF GOOD TO SERVE ON COLD DAYS ENJOY
