    celery rib--cut in lrg pieces

    carrots--cut diagonally in qtrs or lg bag of baby carrots
  • 3 large
    onions--qtr'd
  • 3 Tbsp
    tapicoa--not pudding
  • 1 can(s)
    v-8 juice--lg size
  • 2 tsp
    salt
  • 4-6 large
    potatoes--qtr'd

How to Make 5 HOUR STEW

Step-by-Step

  1. USE LG ROASTER OR LG DUTCH OVEN

    BAKE 250 DEGREES 5-6 HRS
  2. THROW EVERYTHING INTO THE PAN & BAKE FOR 5-6 HRS

    KEEP LID ON POT NO PEEKING NO STIRRING
  3. THIS IS A MEAL IN ITSELF

    GOOD TO SERVE ON COLD DAYS
