This Salad uses VEGGIE Burger for the meat. It is an awesome Taco SALAD. I love it. For my self I leave out the lettuce. I can't have Lettuce because I am on Coumadin. I still think it taste good. My husband love it with Lettuce.[With Lettuce is a high Vitamin K dish]and {without lettuce it is a low vitamin K Dish}

Ingredients
- 3 cups romaine lettuce leaves
- 3 - veggie burger- broken up
- 1/2 cup black beans-dry
- 1 cup corn- cut off the cob-fresh
- 1 cup onions-chopped
- 2 tablespoons salsa,fresh- tomato-based
- 2 tablespoons salad dressing, light
- 2 teaspoons taco seasoning mix
- 1 - tomatoes, beef steak- fresh, chopped
- 2 ounces cheddar cheese- fat free, shredded
How To Make veggie burger taco salad

Step 1Cook Veggie burgers until brown.

Step 2Stir in Taco Seasoning.

Step 3Chopped Tomatoes, Chopped onions, and cut corn off cob.

Step 4Cook beans and corn.

Step 5Place lettuce on a plate.

Step 6Layer the other ingredients and added dressing

Step 7Cheddar cheese on top. Serve and enjoy
