Veggie Burger Taco Salad

This Salad uses VEGGIE Burger for the meat. It is an awesome Taco SALAD. I love it. For my self I leave out the lettuce. I can't have Lettuce because I am on Coumadin. I still think it taste good. My husband love it with Lettuce.[With Lettuce is a high Vitamin K dish]and {without lettuce it is a low vitamin K Dish}

3 c
romaine lettuce leaves
veggie burger- broken up
1/2 c
black beans-dry
1 c
corn- cut off the cob-fresh
1 c
2 Tbsp
salsa,fresh- tomato-based
2 Tbsp
salad dressing, light
2 tsp
taco seasoning mix
tomatoes, beef steak- fresh, chopped
2 oz
cheddar cheese- fat free, shredded


1Cook Veggie burgers until brown.
2Stir in Taco Seasoning.
3Chopped Tomatoes, Chopped onions, and cut corn off cob.
4Cook beans and corn.
5Place lettuce on a plate.
6Layer the other ingredients and added dressing
7Cheddar cheese on top. Serve and enjoy
