How to Make Tamale Pie
- 1Fry slices of bacon until crisp and set aside.
- 2Pour off some of the grease and saute bell pepper and onion.
- 3Cut up a can of tamales and place in a 9 x 13 casserole dish.
- 4Crumble bacon in a can of cream style corn, mix with sauteed bell pepper-onion mixture, and pour over tamales.
- 5Grate cheese over the top. Bake in hot 400-450° oven until heated through and cheese is melted.
