Here's our all-purpose Southwestern seasoning for tacos, burritos, just about everything. It's great on burgers, too and adds a spark to shredded beef or chicken in salads and sandwiches. If you're making ground/shredded beef pork or chicken, add a couple tablespoons of this seasoning for each pound and a half and cook it with half a cup of water to help it penetrate the meat.
