16 oz canred kidney beans, drained and rinsed

1/2onion, small and coarsely chopped

1carrot, steamed and mashed

5/8 cpicante sauce

1 cbread crumbs

1/2 cflour
-
1 tspblack pepper

1/2 tspchili powder
How To Make spicy mexican bean burger

1Mix all ingredients together. Add more flour to create a firmer mixture, or more salsa if mixture is too stiff.

2Form into balls and smash into patties. Bake at 450 degrees for 15-20 minutes, until firm, brown and done.

3Serve on whole wheat bun with lettuce, tomato and salsa.
