Ingredients
- 1 pound ground buffalo
- 2 ounces smoked cheddar diced into small pieces
- 1 can diced green chiles
- 1/4 cup red onion diced very small
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper coarse ground
- 9 slices avocado
- 3 slices sweet onion
- 6 slices tomato
- 6 - baby lettuce leaves
- 1 tablespoon horseradish mustard
- 3 - cibatta rolls
How To Make smoked cheddar & chili bison burger

Step 1Mix all ingredients together cover with plastic wrap and set aside

Step 2turn on broiler.

Step 3make 3 patties out of buffalo mixture and place on broiler pan

Step 4cook each side of the patties 6-8 minutes or until desired doneness.

Step 5Cut buns in half and toast.

Step 6spread mustard on buns, place burger on bun, dress burger as you please. I use avocado, tomatoes, onion, and lettuce
