- 2 cups uncooked long grain rice
- 2 cans chicken broth 14 oz
- 1 cup water
- 1 small onion minced
- 1 can tomato sauce 15 oz
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
How To Make simple spanish rice

Step 1Brown rice in oil on med-high heat in a sauce pan.

Step 2Add tomato sauce, onion, chicken broth, water, garlic salt, and cumin. Mix well.

Step 3Bring to a boil. Then cover and simmer over low heat stirring occasionally for about 20 mins or until the liquid is gone.
