Ingredients
- 2 cups chayote, chopped
- 1 cup corn on the cob,
- 1/2 cup onion, dice
- 1 teaspoon olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- - salt and pepper
- 1/3 cup jicama, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper flakes
How To Make saute' chayote with corn

Step 1Heat a small skill to med high heat. Add the oil and onion, cook until translucent.

Step 2Add the rest of the ingredients and saute until tender, add 1 tablespoon water if need.
