**corn tortillas
**roasted tomatoes
**fresh cilantro
**fresh sliced onion
**mexican cheese (asadero)
**thai garlic paste

How to Make Reduced carb open face quesadilla

Step-by-Step

  • 1Pan or oven roast tomatoes.
  • 2Place one corn tortilla in hot skillet and spread Thai sauce on.
  • 3Then add cheese, roasted tomatoes, onion and allow tortilla to get good and hot and cheese melt.
  • 4Top with fresh cilantro and enjoy. You can also add some sauteed portabello slices, it's just delicious!!!
