I didn't think I would like a fish taco until ----- I tried these. Simple and simply GREAT !!

one inch wide plain fish fillets (cod,mahi mahi,halibut)
2 c
lettuce, shredded
1 c
1 c
feta cheese
1 large
lemon,cut in wedges
6 medium
flour or corn tortillas

How to Make Plain Old Fish Tacos


  • 1Place lettuce into a bowl and squeeze the lemon wedges over the lettuce.
  • 2Pan-fry the filets until golden, seasoning with salt and pepper only.
  • 3Heat the tortillas and then place one fillet into each.
  • 4Stuff the tortillas with shredded lettuce, feta cheese and diced tomatoes.
  • 5Squeeze the remaining lemon juice over each tortilla.
