I didn't think I would like a fish taco until ----- I tried these. Simple and simply GREAT !!

  • 6 small
    one inch wide plain fish fillets (cod,mahi mahi,halibut)
  • 2 c
    lettuce, shredded
  • 1 c
  • 1 c
    feta cheese
  • 1 large
    lemon,cut in wedges
  • 6 medium
    flour or corn tortillas

How to Make Plain Old Fish Tacos


  1. Place lettuce into a bowl and squeeze the lemon wedges over the lettuce.
  2. Pan-fry the filets until golden, seasoning with salt and pepper only.
  3. Heat the tortillas and then place one fillet into each.
  4. Stuff the tortillas with shredded lettuce, feta cheese and diced tomatoes.
  5. Squeeze the remaining lemon juice over each tortilla.
