We love fajitas and easy dinner recipes, so this fajita recipe was a win-win for us. All you need to do is cut up the chicken and veggies, then pop them in the oven. The outcome is juicy and tender chicken and a dinner that's packed with flavor. The seasoning and salsa add a wonderful robust flavor. Serve with tortillas, over rice or quinoa and you have a delicious and healthy dinner.

Ingredients
- 3 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 packages McCormick Fajita Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies (Rotel), 10 oz.
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 large red bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 large green bell pepper, cut into strips
How To Make oven fajita bake

Step 1Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Place chicken strips in a greased 13×9 baking dish.

Step 2In a small bowl combine the oil, fajita seasoning, garlic powder, and salt. Drizzle the spice mixture over the chicken and stir to coat.

Step 3Next add the tomatoes, peppers, and onions to the dish. Stir to combine.

Step 4Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender. Serve on warmed flour tortillas. Top with guacamole and sour cream.
