1 pkgjiffy cornbread mix

1 pkgmexican cornbread

3eggs
-
1 8 oz. pkgsour cream

·jalepenos to taste (optional)

1 pkgshredded cheese

1 lbground chuck
How to Make MEXICAN CORNBREAD
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Brown Ground Chuck, drain grease.
Pour into 9x13 pan. - Mix all other ingredients together and pour over the meat.
- Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes at 400 degrees F.
