My daughter and I were searching for a Mexican Cornbread recipe, I ran across this recipe on the internet. It is a favorite at our home.

- 1 can corn (drained)
- 1 can cream corn
- 1 package jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 package mexican cornbread
- 3 - eggs
- 1 8 oz. packages sour cream
- - jalepenos to taste (optional)
- 1 package shredded cheese
- 1 pound ground chuck
How To Make mexican cornbread

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Brown Ground Chuck, drain grease. Pour into 9x13 pan.

Step 2Mix all other ingredients together and pour over the meat.

Step 3Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes at 400 degrees F.
