My daughter and I were searching for a Mexican Cornbread recipe, I ran across this recipe on the internet. It is a favorite at our home.

Ingredients

  • 1 can(s)
    corn (drained)
  • 1 can(s)
    cream corn
  • 1 pkg
    jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 pkg
    mexican cornbread
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1 8 oz. pkg
    sour cream
  • ·
    jalepenos to taste (optional)
  • 1 pkg
    shredded cheese
  • 1 lb
    ground chuck

How to Make MEXICAN CORNBREAD

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
    Brown Ground Chuck, drain grease.
    Pour into 9x13 pan.
  2. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over the meat.
  3. Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes at 400 degrees F.
