  • 1 - egg
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 small bell pepper
  • 1 small jalapeño
  • 1 can cream corn
  • 8 ounces sourcream
  • 3/4 cup mexican blend shredded cheese

  • Step 1
    Mix Jiffy,egg,chopped onion,chopped bell pepper and the rest of the ingredients and put in a greased 13x9 Bake for 30min at 350
