martha white yellow cornbread mix
8 oz
grated cheese
1/2 c
diced sweet onion
4 slice
pickled jalepenos cut up
1 1/2 lb
ground hamburger meat
1 can(s)
creamy style corn (add 1 tb sugar)

How to Make Mexican Cornbread


  • 1Prepare cornbread according to directions on pkg set aside
  • 2brown hamburger and drain set aside
  • 3pour half of cornbread in skillet then top with cheese, canned creamy corn(add a litle sugar to this), onions, diced jalepenos,lastly layer the hamburger meat then top with remaining cornbread
  • 4Bake 450 degrees 45 or until a knive inserted in center comes out pretty clean
