- 4 packages martha white yellow cornbread mix
- 8 ounces grated cheese
- 1/2 cup diced sweet onion
- 4 slices pickled jalepenos cut up
- 1 1/2 pounds ground hamburger meat
- 1 can creamy style corn (add 1 tb sugar)
How To Make mexican cornbread

Step 1Prepare cornbread according to directions on pkg set aside

Step 2brown hamburger and drain set aside

Step 3pour half of cornbread in skillet then top with cheese, canned creamy corn(add a litle sugar to this), onions, diced jalepenos,lastly layer the hamburger meat then top with remaining cornbread

Step 4Bake 450 degrees 45 or until a knive inserted in center comes out pretty clean
