Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tablespoons pressed garlic
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 3/4 cup milk or milk substitute
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- - tortilla(s), depending on how hungry you are
- - lettuce
- - tomato and onion (optional)
- - shredded cheese
How To Make lunch tortillas

Step 1In a saucepan, melt butter over medium high heat. Saute garlic in the butter for about 1 minute. Stir in flour. Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly. Stir in cheese. Heat until sauce is thickened and smooth. Then, remove from heat.

Step 2Spread the sauce on the tortillas evenly. If there is leftover sauce, you can refridgerate it. Add the lettuce, cheese, and tomato and onion.
