Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons pressed garlic
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 3/4 cup milk or milk substitute
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • - tortilla(s), depending on how hungry you are
  • - lettuce
  • - tomato and onion (optional)
  • - shredded cheese

How To Make lunch tortillas

  • Step 1
    In a saucepan, melt butter over medium high heat. Saute garlic in the butter for about 1 minute. Stir in flour. Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly. Stir in cheese. Heat until sauce is thickened and smooth. Then, remove from heat.
  • Step 2
    Spread the sauce on the tortillas evenly. If there is leftover sauce, you can refridgerate it. Add the lettuce, cheese, and tomato and onion.
  • Step 3
    Wrap them and enjoy!
