Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 8 ounces wide egg noodles
- 15 ounces diced tomatoes
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 15 ounces ricotta cheese
- 15 ounces sour cream
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make joanna's mexican lasagna

Step 1Brown and drain the ground beef.

Step 2Prepare with taco seasoning as directed on package.

Step 3Stir in canned tomatoes and simmer until most of the liquid has been absorbed.

Step 4Preheat oven to 350. Meanwhile boil the egg noodles, drain, and mix in the ricotta cheese and sour cream.

Step 5In 13x9 pan, layer noodles, meat, cheese. Alternate until everything is in the pan. End with cheese on top.

Step 6Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes until bubbly. Enjoy!
