How to Make Joanna's Mexican Lasagna
- 1Brown and drain the ground beef.
- 2Prepare with taco seasoning as directed on package.
- 3Stir in canned tomatoes and simmer until most of the liquid has been absorbed.
- 4Preheat oven to 350. Meanwhile boil the egg noodles, drain, and mix in the ricotta cheese and sour cream.
- 5In 13x9 pan, layer noodles, meat, cheese. Alternate until everything is in the pan. End with cheese on top.
- 6Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes until bubbly. Enjoy!
