Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chuck
- 1/2 pound ground sirloin
- 6 ounces pepper jack cheese
- 1/4 cup salsa, your choice how hot
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 to 3 medium jalepenos, seeds removed or not, and diced
- 3 medium scallions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- - toppings:
- - pickled jalepenos
- - sliced tomatoes, onions
- - lettuce leaves
- - salsa
- 12 tablespoons mayo, optional
How To Make jalepeno burgers

Step 1Grate 2 oz of pepper jack cheese to go into burger, slice the remainder into 6 slices to melt on the burger.

Step 2Mix all burger ingredients together.

Step 3Grill til done to your liking.

Step 4last 5 minutes of cooking, toast buns, put a slice of cheese on each burger, and let melt.

Step 5Spread with 2 tablespoons mayo on each bun, and toppings of your choice.
