- 1/3 cup water
- 2 tablespoons oil

- - mexican blend shredded cheese

- - your favorite mexican toppings

Step 1Heat oil in skillet, add chicken and cook until no longer pink.

Step 2In the meantime, slice pepper and onion. Add pepper and onion to skillet, add water and seasoning.

Step 3Cover and simmer until the spices have blended with the other ingredients and there is a thick sauce.
